Terms of service
The service
GymYuz is a gym log for Android and iOS. These terms govern its use. Draft: the reviewed text replaces this section by section before launch.
Your account
An account is optional. You are responsible for the credentials you choose and for what is done with them. One person, one account.
Pro subscription
Pro is a paid subscription that auto-renews until you cancel it. It starts with a 7-day trial. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play, at any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Refunds are handled by the store that billed you, under its rules.
Founders lifetime
Founders is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as the app exists. The promise that it carries over covers Pro features as they stand at purchase and any added to Pro later. It does not cover separate products or a different app.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, probe the backend or use it to store material you have no right to hold. Accounts that do may be closed.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. Training carries risk, and the log is not medical advice. Liability is limited as far as the law allows.
Changes
These terms may change. Each version keeps a permanent address, and the date and version number are at the top of every copy.
